This Ethiopian coffee contains cherries from multiple smallholders in the Sidamo region. These cherries contain many Arabica varieties which grow wild in Ethiopia. This diversity can be seen in the large variety of bean shape and size. The flavours attributed to this region are generally sweet and floral, with hints of apricot, caramel, milk chocolate and citrus.
