The coffee is roasted in such a way to maintain the delicate flavours of the Rwanda coffees. As an espresso this coffee will yield a bright and vivid espresso with high acidity. Higher extraction settings are recommended to balance the flavours.
Also nice option for filter coffees and aero press.
