This washed coffee has a rich and dark fruity flavours with a lively acidity, but also contains tones of spices and wood that we associate with Sumatran coffees. The roast profile is a medium to high profile which results in a rich espresso while maintaining fruitiness and freshness. While this roast is tailored for espresso it is also very well suited for other methods such as aeropress, mokapot, frenchpress and with some care even filter.
